Depression Recovery

Question:

i just had an argument with myself, and won! it was cool. i found this awful yucky gross old pot in my kitchen that i had been hoping would disappear, but hadnt. something burned in it or something awful, and it was really really beyond yucky. BUT, it was a nice pot. so i argued with myself that i should wash it. but i argued back that i didnt want to, i just wanted to throw the whole thing in the trash because life is too short and i have plenty of pots. i disagreed with myself for a while and then I THREW THE POT AWAY!!!! YEAH!!!!! anna — "blessed am i to dwell in this beautiful temple."
