    Question:

I was away for the past week on a business trip. I feel very positive right now becase of it. My trip was busy and turned out very well. My customers were impressed with my knowledge and the thoroughness of my initial survey. They are looking forward to the results of my final product.  It was nice to be see the confidence the customers had in me for being able to handle such a large project. There was a person there who worked at the same place as me 5 years ago. He recognized my face and when I told him my name, he remembered my ability and reputation for being able to get stuff done. That was probably part of where the customers got their confidence. I think I can live up to that reputation again because things are coming together so easily for this job. My boss went with me, and he talked me into starting a new weightlifting workout program with him. He has been doing this for about six months and wanted some company an the gym. I am very sore today and have been since the day after my first workout. My arms legs and chest ache like crazy. I hope I can continue with the program now that I am home. :-) I have been needing to get to the gym for a while, instead of just playing with the kids for exercise. I am allowed to go to the gym for three hours a week during work hours. My boss said I could make it five if I kept up the program. Sounds like a deal I can live with. Hi Michael! Great news about the trip, it’s nice to get some recognition for doing a good job. Sounds like the workouts will do you good too. I could do with joining a gym, the running is good for lungs and legs but I need to work more on upper body development (arms can get very tired in a marathon too). I’d have to go alone though, and would feel far too self-conscious on my own. Stick with it, it will do you a power of good! I have added you to my list of run dedications. Could you email me so I can get an anon number for you please? Just a reply to this with your name on will do.
